If a big-time client mentioned something or asked you to check something, you do not ask them to provide URLs. That says a lot to them about you.

Rather, you simply roger it and dive headlong into the task starting by first locating the source of the problem before then proffering a solution to it. Then you come back to them with the evidence of what you have done, successfully.
