Don’t Entrust Too Much to A Learner

Don’t entrust too much into the hands of a learner. You give responsibilities as someone grows on the job and gets a firmer grip on things. Otherwise, s/he would be overwhelmed and may start doubting their own abilities when they are not able to meet up, thus leading to discouragement.
