Babatunde Oladele holds a first degree in English Literature from the University of Ibadan and a master’s degree in Communication & Language Arts (CLA) from the same institution. He later earned a Master of Public Service (MPS) from the Clinton School of Public Service, University of Arkansas, graduating with distinction, and completed an additional professional certificate in Communications for Social Change.
He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Leadership, with a research focus on values-based leadership, institutional trust, and moral authority in public and organizational life.
In addition to formal academic training, Babatunde has undertaken executive and professional education at the Lagos Business School (Owner-Manager Programme and Agribusiness Management Programme), the Enterprise Development Centre (Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management), and the School of Media and Communications (Advanced Writing and Reporting Skills). He has also participated in executive learning at Strathmore Business School, Kenya, and an international Executive Study Tour in Chicago, Illinois, and Madison, Wisconsin, focused on entrepreneurship and innovation in emerging markets, organised by the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
