While it is wisdom to allow the input of others into your vision for a robust actualization, it is your responsibility as the vision bearer to ensure your vision is not ‘mouthjacked’ by excited contributors, or talked away from its original course. Because, after all is said and done, it is you, the vision bearer, who will be answerable for the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the vision you are entrusted, not the contributors.
