God is not obliged to provide resources to fulfil all our ideas, dreams, ambitions, projects, desires and so on, no matter how excited we are about them. He is only bound to support the assignments He has called us to do, not the callings we gave ourselves. If it is not His will, then it is not His bill, and that has nothing to with whether He loves us or not.
