Intelligence is best used when it is applied to build, develop and help others to become better, or to complement and support an entity in achieving a collective objective.

It is wrongly served when it is used to oppress, intimidate and demean others, undermine authorities or influence others away from working to achieve a collective goal.

And these can occur in any human cluster, be it friendship, marriage, office, associations, religious circle and so forth.
