Go for value, do not settle for the average.

Be the provider of solutions, not a problem identifier or analyst, and certainly not the creator of problems.

If you keep at this, in no time your worth will be recognized. Even if you work in the most inhospitable places and your superiors do not seem to like your face, if you are committed to adding value and proffering solutions, in no distant future those that matter will come knocking at your door.
